Through Two Birds’ global hotel, resort and tour-operator partnerships, your booking may include preferred pricing, exclusive offers or valuable amenities unavailable when booking independently.

Two Birds Preferred Stays does not require a planning fee. To begin, each client must sign the Client Service Agreement and complete the Traveler Information & Preferences Form through the secure client portal. Planning and booking will begin once both steps are complete.

Every beautifully coordinated journey needs thoughtful timing. As part of your Two Birds planning experience, we recommend flight schedules that align with your itinerary, transfers, cruise departure and overall travel plans.

Included with every Two Birds Signature Journey:

• Recommended arrival and departure windows

• Route and schedule guidance

• Connection-time considerations

• Coordination with transfers and itinerary timing

• General cabin, baggage and seat-selection guidance

Travelers book directly with their preferred airline and remain responsible for payment, seat assignments, baggage, loyalty accounts and airline-initiated changes.
